[0.11.13] Can Pan Off Map in Tight Spot Scenario

In the Tight Spot scenario, you can pan the camera so that the map is entirely out of sight. Since the map is of finite size, it should block at some point so that the player doesn't accidentally lose where it is.

Well, when it happens, there is still the big map. And if even it isn't enough, he can use F5 and see the coordinates.

Okay, but is there a reason that the player should be able to pan the view off of the map in this scenario? Everything they need to do is confined to that area, so why do they need the ability to leave it? In fact, I think it makes more sense for a free camera to remain bounded by the edges of the map. There's nothing a player can do out in the black, so they don't need to be able to get there.

This is so minor issue, that it really isn't worth the trouble by far margin.
