So this is a pretty weird bug the list on the left goes to completion faster than the list on the right. It seems there is some sort of desync in the gui? It didn't occur until a lot of mods where updated.

Thanks for the report. That's due to the mod(s) you're updating having new dependencies and those are added in the download list but are not shown in the list of mods to update because they aren't being updated but installed.
