See the Picture , the game is crystal clear but the Interface icons are very blurry , i have searshed this issue in the forums and theres been posts about it , the solution listed was turn off the "Allow linear filtering for icons" , but that was for older version , i'm on 0.18.15 and that option does not exist in the graphics settings nor the interface settings , the interface scale % doesnt change how blurry the icons are.

You can disable mipmaps by opening %APPDATA%\Factorio\config\config.ini and adding following line at the bottom of the file
