[0.18.15] Two mods highlighted simultaneously in mod list

Steps to reproduce:
Not only the row you initially selected is highlighted, but also the last row your cursor was above and even in a more saturated colour. I would expect only the row you initially selected to be highlighted.
Why it bugs me
I came across this because I sometimes just want to quickly check the changelog of a mod and apparently move the cursor faster than I let go left-click and I am confused wich mod is selected.
- hold left click on text (not an empty space) in one row of the mod list in the modportal (regardless wich tab)
- move your cursor in another row while holding left-click
- move your cursor out of the list (left or right side) and let left-click go
