For 'Shared Blueprints' on the left hand side on the blueprint library:

* Create a new book through the quickbar and place it in 'Shared Blueprints'. No book is created at all.
* Drag an existing book from 'My Blueprints' (or inventory) to 'Shared Blueprints'. The book will be copied over. Now open the copy. The delete button is missing and there's no way to delete the book as far as I can tell.

This is on vanilla, no mods loaded, on a new save with default settings.

Yea, looks like its missing the delete button,

Ran into this bug tonight on 0.18.18. Temporary workaround is to manually delete every blueprint in the book, which then also deletes the blueprint book. This is obviously quite tedious.

Won't fix due to ongoing blueprint library rework.
