Is it possible to have construction bots delete tiles if the tiles are underneath entities?

When I drag the delete tool, it selects only entities, or only tiles if no entities are in the selection area. Is there some keyboard shortcut or something that selects just the tiles and ignores the entities?

I know they can be deleted manually, but I'm asking about deleting them quickly with construction bots.

Deconstruction planner filter. Put a redprint in your quickbar, right click on it, change the dropdown next to the word "Blacklist" to "Only".
