Indestructible Designs (0.17-.0.18)

Make walls indestructible! (is configurable in settings. Other entities to be added.)
- Worry less about the eminent biter threat, focus on designing your factory, and testing military strategies without reprisal
Notes:
- as it is now when you toggle a setting on it only works on items placed from then on
- once toggled off entities placed from then on will be destructible
- should work with all mods using walls, and gates
- credits to Nebelwolf for having the idea first
- message her for suggestions
Future Features:
This is a place holder mod as I am not very fluent in modding, ideally this mod would be a selection tool to toggle various properties on/off such as destructibility, minablity, rotatablity, and operability.
