when you just do /promote it doesnt error.

Thanks for the report however I don't consider this worth making an error. Most commands that involve players just do nothing if you don't provide the player name.

I could make it error, but it doesn't seem like it's going to add any value over what it does now.

I'll just make it silently do nothing.
