Is there a way to copy and paste entities and also the terrain (e.g. concrete) underneath them at once?

As a side question, is there a way to select only the terrain when copying even if there are entities on top?

The word you are looking for is tiles, and yes, if you are using the copy tool hold shift and select tiles and/or entities in the blueprint window opening afterwards.
