[0.17.79] New Keybinding: Quickbar Quick-Select

I Propose Creating a new Quickbar-related Keybinding that will allow for universal selection based on user behavior:
  1. User Presses the Keybinding
  2. Expand The Quickbars (Q would collapse the expanded Quickbars)
  3. If The User Selects(LMB) a Quickbar Row, Set that Row as the Active Quickbar, then collapse Quickbar.
  4. If The User selects a Empty slot from the Quickbars, allow user to select an item, then collapse Quickbar.
  5. If The User selects a Filled slot from the Quickbars, place that item (or ghost) in the Users Cursor, collapse Quickbar.
  6. Lastly, if The User MMB-Clicks a Filled Slot, Empty the slot, collapse Quickbars
(Obviously, add Primary and Secondary Keybinds to Controls Settings>Quickbar)

2 Strong Reasons Why This Idea Should Be Implemented:

1. A Quick-Select Keybinding Simplifies Quickbar Management & Item Selection:
Implementing this idea would be useful for Users at all levels of familiarity with the game.
This Idea would reduce the number of keystrokes needed if an item is in a Quickbar, but not the active or secondary Quickbars. While a user could open the inventory and select the item, it would take longer to find if the inventory is cluttered. Users have already organized the Quickbars items for easy access.

2. Quick-Selection Performs all the tasks a User makes with the Quickbar:
Setting or Clearing Slots, Selecting Items, or Setting the Active Quickbar.
All The other Quickbar actions have keybindings that serve useful functions in game.
