[0.18.3] Deconstruction planner prioritizes tile over entity

Hello. Sorry for bad english.
When I command to construction bot to deconstruct a electricity pole it deconstruct a coating under it. And in some case I can't mark a pole for deconstrruction.

I believe it is misundestanding. The deconstruction tool selects an area. You click and drag to make a rectangle. If there are no entities, it will select tiles.
Edit: I did not notice a tile can be selected by clicking, but an entity needs a a rectangle. I see how it could be confusing.

At best this is a minor issue
You are making a tiny selection box, and the pole just didn't fit into it, so it hits the tile

That's what is happening: he never actually selects the electric pole so this isn't even a minor issue but not a bug: You have to include the electric pole if you want it deconstructed.
