[Oxyd] [0.18.0] Biters and Spitters actively attack all rail segments in range.

Biters now aggro rail segments. I do not know if this is intentional but the game did crash almost immediately after 280+ rail segments were destroyed.
Active mods: Bottleneck. Reproduced in base .18 game.

To replicate problem, assign temporary stop near broken rail section in the north west copper mine outpost and ride purple train to destination.

That they're attacking rails.
The log doesn't contain any information about the crash and it's not clear how to reproduce the crash, so there isn't much I can do about that, other than pressing F.
