Whenever I try to start Factorio, the Game opens in the task bar but when I try to actually open the window (by simple clicking on it, by alt + tab and over the taskmenager) I get the message: (boost::filesystem::rename: Der Prozess kann nicht auf die datai zugreifen, da sie von einen anderen Prozess verwendet wird:"C:/Users\GamingProfil\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\factorio-current.log","C:/Users\GamingProfil\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\factorio-previous.log") this error started occurring when I change my Windows Vista to Windows 8.1.

I guess there is some permissions problem. Do you have write permissions for the folder stated in the message?
What happens if you try to manually rename said file?

+ you've probably launched factorio more than once and it tries to overwrite a file that it is using.

Make sure that all factorios are stopped (using process manager) and then try the workaround from the thread i linked.
