The game is very fun until you research and buil all you can.
But, if you add Goals (a purpose) it will be a reason to keep playing and

It will be great to have something to build:
  • big structure
  • that take a lot of resources
  • and time
  • have some kind of utility like:
    • kill aliens in a radio
    • provide a lot of power
    • generate some resource in a radio
    • ???
Examples:
in "Zeus, master of olympus" sometimes you have to build a Wonder, it takes a lot of resources (lot of time and fun there), but they dont have a utility.

There's a new endgame coming with 0.12. There is also the campaigns, official and usermade.

Set your self goals :). Why have you the need for dictated goals?

OK, here is my goal for you, build a railway in which you need 30 minutes to get from the first station to the last staion without stops between an record it. I will view the whole video of the ride :)

that's a big map.
does the train need to have carriages or not, because that effects acceleration, and possibly max speed.

Thanks Philip!, you touched a really interesting subject, I suppose there are people who like to set auto-goals and others that dont.
That goals seems very boring to me :-)
