For most mods the current modding system is powerful enough but sometimes a mod needs to change the game, which is not possible with the current system. These mods need a modding system like in Minecraft which enables modders to modify the whole game not only add limited content. Everybody should have the possibility to make Factorio their own and customise it to their hearts' desire.
