[0.11.10] More research prerequisites

I see you started adjusting the tech tree to match the recipe tree, but many more links are needed:

Engine <- Automation 2
Electric engine <- Oil processing
Solar energy <- Steel processing
Automation 3 <- Speed module (instead of Modules)
Logistics 3 <- Automation 2
Basic exoskeleton equipment <- Electric engine
Personal laser defense <- Laser turrets
Combat robotics 3 <- Speed module
Discharge defense <- Laser turrets
Rocket defense <- Speed module 3
Rocket defense <- Productivity module 3


These links are needed for some recipes, but not all. Adding them will make some techs slightly more expensive (for example, Portable fusion reactor). But I think it is worth it to eliminate differences between the tech and recipe trees:

Fluid handling (empty/fill crude oil barrel) <- Automation 2
Advanced electronics (advanced circuit) <- Plastics
Advanced electronics (smart chest) <- Steel processing
Advanced electronics (processing unit) <- Automation 2
Advanced electronics (processing unit) <- Sulfur processing
Battery (science pack 3) <- Advanced electronics
Portable solar panel (portable solar panel) <- Solar panel


These links are redundant and can be deleted:

P.S. Advanced electronics is a huge bottleneck. I think it would make sense to move Processing Unit to Advanced electronics 2.
