Improving presentation of scenarios

I was thinking about the presentation of the scenarios in Factorio, and comparing it to the campaigns.
Currently, when selecting a campaign you see some artistic interpretation in form of a picture and a describing text.
This is pretty neat.
Scenarios on the other hand have only the scenario name to base your decision on what to start. Any explanation about what it is, has to happen after the game starts.
Why not have text descriptions and pictures for scenarios well? Things like "Nauvis Post Collapse" could really shine with that kind of thing.
And it could encourage more people to make scenarios. Especially considering that soon™, Factorio will be finished™.
Improving the scenario presentation would be a neat addition already to a 0.18
Ideally, I would like to have the possibility to download community-made scenarios directly from the game. Without the need to scan the forums, or to manually place files somewhere into my filesystem – just as it is with mods already.
