1. Size - Not means "Do widespread structures with big space of land unused".
2. Creativity - Bonus points for structures made "Like a boss".
3. Density - Which comes from #1. More compact = good. World isn't unlimited (At least real one )
4. Technology usage - How much do you use from research
5. Research state - How much do you researched to use (or just for bonus points).
6. Defence - How much layers of walls do you used.
7. Attack - How much enemy bases do you destroyed (will be counted by scrap, left by destruction (And I will double-check, so don't try to fool me))

Ok, here comes details:

1. Size - Don't have much to say, 1 to 20 grade, where I seriously don't have enough markers to judge. But, largest one will get 20 points, others will be compared with winner (in that category), and points will be set accordingly.
2. Creativity - 1 to 10 grade, points will be set like in Size.
3. Density - 1 to 15 grade. Also, points will be set like in Size.
4. Technology usage - 1 point for every used at least once (in final result) technology. No hard limit.
5. Research state - Because of huge amount of parameters it will be count by next formula:

Research price = (Time for 1 step * (Science Pack 1 * 0.1 + Science Pack 2 * 0.2 + Science Pack 3 * 0.35 + Alien Science Pack * 0.25)) * Number of needed steps

Points = Research price / 500

For example: Automatisation 1
10 sec * (1*0.1) * 10 steps = 10
Points = 10 / 500 = 0.02

Solar power/energy (Sorry, using Russian version, so I don't know English name)
30 sec * (1*0.1 + 1*0.2) * 100 steps = 30*0.3*100=900
Points = 900 / 500 = 1.8

And so on...
6. Defence - 1 to 15 grade. You know how it will be counted.
7. Attack - 1 point for every destructructed enemy base (your creations does NOT count)

1. Easy one (It's a shame to lose here)
Goal: Get evolved as much as you can in 6 hours.
Conditions: No enemies. All ore* settings set to max. Water - normal. Start area - normal.
Max points: 60 Points + Research and Technology usage

2. Mid one (Things start to get serious)
Goal: Get evolved as much as you can in 6 hours.
Conditions: Everything set to normal.
Max points: 60 Points + Research, Technology usage and Attack

3. Hard one (One more step to go!) (Optionally (for 5 teams game))
Goal: Get evolved as much as you can in 6 hours.
Conditions: Ore* size and richness will be set to small and poor accordingly. Enemies - size=big, richness=good. Starting area = small.
Max points: 60 Points + Research, Technology usage and Attack

4. Hardcore Grand Finale.
Goal: Ger evolved as much as you can in 12 hours.
Conditions: Secret. But it will be your nightmare.
Judgement rules:
Creativity - counts only defence
Defence - 1 to 25 grade. -0.1 point from max for every 1*1 detected destruction. (For example: Conveyor = -0.1pt. Lab = -0.9pt., furnace = -0.4pt., walls does not count)
Research - 5 Alien Science Pack counts as 2 (multiplier 0.25 --> 0.1). Also, every research, that does not use ScPack 3, counts with x0.5 points multiplier.
Attack - 0.5 point for every destructed enemy base.
Everything else remains the same
In Grand Finale stage also counts previous works and stages, so it's really good if you have some secrets until the end.
Max points: 70 Points + Research, Technology usage and Attack.
