[0.17.75] Mouse Wheel Scroll Zoom Stopped Working

I was playing 0.17.75 for about 40 mins before the mouse wheel did not affect any window. The player view and control window both do not respond. Mouse wheel worked on internet browser and mouse settings were not changed. Reset of game originally did not fix issue, reset of computer did.
Sorry I was not able to check if zoom in/out works with keyboard keys, but I didn't want to loose the ability to play right away.
