[0.17.75] Blueprint ignore copper wire connections

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build 3 electric poles
2. Create blueprint
3. Build from blueprint
4. Copper wire connections are random
Expected behaviour:
Copper wire connections from point 4 should match connections from point 1.
