As far as I can see I am way above the required production/hour.
I have let the game run for some time now, I did get some other achievements just prior to this and tried to up my production a bit, but it won't show more than the already acquired 4.8k/5.0k.

I did not use the console and I have now removed all modules from the production buildings producing the processing units.

What is your lifetime production of blue chips? Also, are you sure achievements are still enabled for that save? Some things, such as using debug info, will disallow the save from giving you achievements for then on.

The weird thing is I just got a couple of other achievements prior to this, and it was already showing >5k production in the hour tab. The lifetime production is:

Hey, this was a bug. It is now fixed for the next version.
