Clean, vanilla install. Problem appeared in 0.11.7, persisted in 0.11.8

Some researches work correctly, many dont - specifically multi-level researches.


Edit: All researches that have number symbol in bottom right corner dont work properly, rest have normal names.

That is strange, because I can't reproduce it on my system. Do you use english language?
What install package/system do you use?

This happened to me with some technologies in a game I started in 0.10.12 and loaded in 0.11.?, but for all games started in 0.11.? it was ok...

So I figured out what is the problem, this is the changelog note:

Fixed the fallback to english locale for technologies with levels.

So it is fixed for 0.11.9
