I figured it was obvious spam, but I wasn't sure how to deal with this post.

His first post, he advertises his YouTube channel and all associated links to it, I had a quick look and he has no Factorio related content. It's currently in Show Your Creations > Videos, so if anything I think it should be at least moved to Off Topic, and probably have the automatic subscribe links taken out.

I was tempted to move it to the trash area, at least until it was discussed, but again, unsure.

Same opinion, and the subscribe popup makes it more spam.
I will do so:
- move it to off-topic
- remove the autosubscribe from the link.
- join in this thread, to explain, what we thought.
- close the thread, cause more discussions about it is, what he wants, but is not worth it.
- say: everybody has a second chance.
