Hi I have a problem I'm playing game for few H now and at some point I got something like this appearing in game which enables me to move or use inventory or creat anything at all. have no idea what it is and how to get read of it, can some1 help me please

By the way it appeares even if I restart the game or even after restarting PC so have no idea what is going on

It's Shift + Space - debug pause. The same shortcut unpauses, and you can unbind it in control settings
