[0.11.8] Crash when moving car in multiplayer game

Factorio 0.11.8, Windows 7, 64-bit

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Load game for multiplayer
  2. Second player connects
  3. For either player:
    - Add fuel to the car in the middle of the screen
    - Press "Enter" to get into the car
    - Press "S" key to reverse the car
    - Game crashes for both players
It looks like this is happening because there were somehow two cars stacked on top of one another (if you right-click on the car to pick it up, there's a second one still there).

This might have gotten desychronized when saving/restoring between games

Thanks.

I fixed the crash for 0.11.11. The two cars were the result of 0.10.8 saving problems.
