Fluid Wagons should be locked behind Train Stops.

My first ever time that I had to get out of the game and try to find help online was because I was trying to find out how the hell you were supposed to have pumps latch to the fluid wagon.
Turns out that you can do it without Train Stops, but the positioning has to be (nearly?) pixel-perfect...

So it's a major noob-trap !
(and that's why I posted it here, instead of Balancing...)

Frankly there's no good reason to not put train stations and signals on the same tech as the rails themselves.
