[0.17.68] Pipe-to-ground ghost lua set direction into desync

Ref: 75594 (same general idea, however here it is for fluids pipes)
  1. build connected pipe-to-ground pair (east-west)
  2. place pipe-to-ground ghost in between but with non compatible direction (north)
  3. point onto pipe-to-ground ghost
  4. Code: Select all

    /c game.player.selected.direction=defines.direction.east
  5. heavy mode fails
