I have attempted to download the most recent version of Factorio from https://www.factorio.com/download/experimental , but I didn't get the game - instead, I got some kind of an error in the form of an XML file:

I was trying to download "MS Windows (32 bit exe installer)".

For some reason, downloading the same version from stable releases - https://www.factorio.com/download/stable - [does work].

Correction: it doesn't work. You can only download the demo version 0.11.8 from the stable releases!
