When I browsed my blueprint book, hovering mouse over bueprints, an autosave triggered. After it finished, the view of the blueprint was moved to top left corner.
When I hovered over the next blueprint, it was placed correctly, the same for the original on the second try. No crash, only a glitch. Saved the temp folder, probably not necessary.

This also happens with other Mouseover Tooltips like you get on Reciepes or in your Inventory etc ..

This was in the game from at least 0.17.0 and I personally think of it as more of an unbug. It looks like a widget is built first and then it queues itself to dash to a more suitable position on next idle tick, which never happens until the game is saved and unpaused. Since it eventually delivers when the progressbar gets destroyed... well, why at all fix what isn't really broken?
