Hi! Sorry if duplicate, haven't found anything similar.
I'm plaing experimental version 17.66.
My labs do not consume military science packs. I mean my labs don't require military packs for working.
Deleted all mods.
Tried to load old map with 17.65 - there it works.

The labs work for me, you're not researching something that needs military science. Selecting such a research makes the labs consume the packs. Could you further explain what you think the problem is, please.

ohh, ok, for some reason I thought all researched in late game need all packs. My bad))

Yes, because you're researching robot speed. That doesn't need military science. Research follower robot count and the packs will be consumed, as I said above.
