TL;DR
Allow mouse scroll wheel to set -1 in arithmetic combinator settings GUI.

One of the most common uses for an arithmetic combinator is to multiply a signal by a constant number, most often -1. Currently, players can use the mouse wheel to quickly adjust the "set a constant" slider from 0 to positive numbers, counting up in increments of 1, 10, 100, and beyond. This is extraordinarily helpful.

I'd just like to request the lower boundary of that scroll wheel operation change from 0 to -1.
Why ?
Complicated setups often have blueprints, but in everyday play, if I'm manually placing and configuring an arithmetic combinator for an impromptu gadget, it's more likely going to be set to Each*-1 than any other setting.

This minor change would allow building, setting, and connecting the combinator without having to abandon the mouse to find the minus key on the keyboard, thus eliminating the unbearable treachery of having to move my hand a few inches.

Thanks for your consideration!

I'm honestly tempted to create a mod that has nothing but a "default to <each> * -1 => <each>" arithmetic combinator as a distinct entity. Because, uh, yeah, I do this often enough that the multi-click operation to configure it is an annoyance. Especially while building new logic, as in, designing it from scratch. So many wrong paths to explore, each with a click-click-click-type "-1"-click-<close GUI key> sequence to configure it.
