That has to be the most terrible way to try and start a game... go on IRC (again, i saw you there the other day) you may have more luck, and questions/demands like this are more appropriate lol

Evolve is a client, similar to hamachi that allows you to create a party that people can connect to your game through.
The hydra group is basically a group chat of people who play factorio! People are always asking about playing.
Although, if you try to be very selective with people you play with, it doesn't work out too well from what I have seen.
And by selective, i mean trying to get ping<60 type of selective, Gotta be open to what you play with
