Playtesting campaign, final challenge research military 2.
It is red, not researchable. i have all prerequisites, i think:

Not a bug

NPE is not intended to be run with mods. Tested this save file without mods - works fine.

Issue is that "Dragon Industries - Nauvis Division" changes military 2 dependencies.

Just did the same, (forgot to disable the mods)
