Im not sure if this is a bug or a feature by design. When a robot is flying over resources (iron, coal, copper, etc) you are unable to pick it up - instead the character starts digging. Its quite annoying in the following situation: remove one ore more existing robo hangers, roboters lose connection to the network, roboters stop moving and just stay at the latest position. If one of the roboters idles over resources you cant pick them up.

This is most definitely a minor issue,
It is hard to manage the selection priorities in these situations, I think this case is uncommon enough not to worry about
