ChoosElemButton

Hey,

It would be nice if the ChooseElemButton would support every readable Prototype, so we can make easier GUI's, without needed to make a selection GUI.

I could implement some other prototypes but I don't think it's really useful for there to be a "NoiseLayer" selector or "Fuel category" selector. Most of the prototypes exist just for use as an ID and not for some runtime chose based logic.

I could see the "normal" kind being useful: equipment, decoratives, maybe achievements.

Mostly the Prototypes that are used inside the Rich Text would be useful, because then we can make them easier I would say, or let the User make Rich Text easier.
