Does this crash happen regularly to you, or did it happen just once?

It happened twice but I didn't check or save 1st crash log so I don't know if they were caused by same issue. I didn't play on my regular gaming computer and computer I was on had integrated graphics. I also played only for about 3 hours so can't tell if this is common or not.
