[0.17.53] My legs don't work like they used to before

1. What did you do?
Was clearing biters and got slowed by acid at various times.
2. What happened?
Acid slow bugged my legs. Even out of combat, I move slowly and speed is same whether I put 0 or 5 legs into my power armor.
3. What did you expect to happen instead?
Expect legs to change my speed and not move so slowly.
I've tried to fix the issue by dying to train, biters, spitters and respawning, taking off and putting back on power armor, putting legs in and out, and putting batteries and fusion power in and out but these have not fixed the issue for me.
