[0.17.47][gui] Editor: volatile layout in "extra settings"

What i did:
0/ Window not maximized, using existing map
1/ Used /editor
2/ left clicked on entity (for example spliter)
3/ Changed window size by dragging bottom right corner couple pixels larger
What happend: Entity tag text field has smaller width, health text field has smaller height
