TL;DR
Add a button for the mod management screen at mod load error screen
What ?
Add a button at the "Error loading mods" popup that opens the mod manager to allow you to update mods immediately.
Alternatively replace the "disable broken mods" buttons with this button.
Why ?
Currently, mods can only be updated from the mod menu, accessible only from the main menu.
But when the game updates and the installed version of a mod breaks, the main menu becomes unavailable without disabling the offending mods.
However, since most of our mod makers are pretty on the ball, there is often already a fix for the mod available, or will be available within a few hours.
Unfortunately, you need to load the mod manager in order to most smoothly update those mods to the fixed versions.

So the process becomes:
1) Wait for game to load.
2) Wait for error popup.
3) Disable listed mods.
4) Wait for the game to reload.
5) Go update mods via the mod manager
6) Turn the mods back on and hope you remembered which ones were broken/disabled.
7) Reload again

By allowing you access to the mod manager window immediately, this would skip needing to mass disable mods and reload the game again, resulting in a smoother and more streamlined mod update process.

(PS. Yes, I know Bobingabout suggested something like this already, but I can't find that he ever got a response and it's been 2 years since that suggestion so I hope it should be alright)

It's simply not possible to show that GUI at the point where a mod failed to load. The GUI itself is defined by the core and base mod and all of those properties can be potentially modified by one of the mods that is loading or failed to load.

Alternatively: Additionally to the "disable these mods" at a "disable these mods ONCE" button? So that they turn themselfs on again after the updater restarts the game.
