Looking for a mod that would block sunlight with pollution

I'm looking for a mod that would block sunlight with pollution, so that the more there is pollution in the chunk - the less efficient solar panels will be. Anyone seen one?

Yeah! Does it support modded panels? Can you update it for 0.17?
