i wanna see something that the aliens drop those orbs the purple ones for research even if its a SUPER small chance it still be nice

Sorry i was in a hurry.
Pros
Dont have to risk your arse to get orbs.
aliens bring them to you .
Interesting killing floors/zones.
Cons
Very slim chance of getting aliens to drop them.
the aliens that do drop em explode damaging anything in, ohhhh lets say a 5x5.
and the aliens that are gonna drop em have a much higher hp than the others .
I cant think of any other ones, if you can please enlighten me

I think if the chance is low enough, the hard part is setting up the mechanism required to pick them up automatically, you don't need the exploding

I would bind this to an researchable technology. That way, it needs to be researched only, if you really have problems gaining alien eggs, which sometimes happens.
