I builded NRC's Smelting - 45x6/s Iron plate 02 but it does not work. All inserters are connected with red wire. In blueprints there is any combinator or info hotw to set it. I can add Constant combinator, set iron ore and then all input inserters works. Unfortunately output inserters does not work. I have no idea how to set output inserters. Can someone help me?

That's the reason I prefer doing the stuff myself, instead of DLing a "I win" blueprint book
You also need to set the "Check" signal to 1 in your constant combinator :
