[0.11.5][kovarex] Multiplayer desync loops

We've been running this 2 player game on a LAN since 11.1. We had hoped the desync would be fixed this week, but I should have uploaded earlier. We're still getting desync loops that seem to be connected to biter combat, but we're not completely sure. We would sometimes get bad loops, but emptying everyone's inventory into chests, then restarting the server seemed to alleviate them. That is no longer working. This might be a harsh case due to our belt hell base.
We are on identical windows 8.1 machines running the x64 client.
