ever since the new major version rail signals have not copied correctly in blueprints. they loose the circuit settings (red yellow green settings)

old blueprints still work correctly.

Thanks for the report however I can't reproduce what you describe. If you're having problems it's almost certainly related to what ever mods you're using.
