TL;DR

Add option to "load game now" after you install mods through the in game mod system

What ?

After you install a MOD through the in game system hitting CONFIRM will reload the game (and the just installed mod, I assume). You then have to load up a game... And the game will have to restart again, as the old and new mod lists do not match. Add another option next to CONFIRM to ask the player if they would like to load a game at that point (after installing a MOD) Thereby skipping an unneccessary reload.

Why ?

I'm quite an avid consumer of MODS So find myself having to reload multiple times. I find this additional reload mildly infuriating. I don't have a slow computer, but it sure as hell isn't top end.. For those with older machines, it must grind gears quite badly...
