[0.17.36] Return 110% UI scaling!

I wanted to fix my one mod you broke in 0.17.36 (btw thanks) and I noticed that I can no longer set UI scaling to 110% like before in 0.17. 100% is way to small and with 125% I can literally count the pixels in the font so it is way to big. I don't want to hear any PR talk. It worked before when I entered it manually and it really worked fine. I just want it back.

You can literally just set it to whatever you want in the config file, as has always been the case. E.g. I'm currently at
