Show Logistic/Circuit conditions in tooltips.

TL;DR
The tooltip below the minimap should display circuit or logistics conditions when you hover over a connected entity.
What ?
Seems like this information is readily available if you click the item (say an inserter) to pull up the properties. Why not save us a click and have it shown in the tooltip?

Why ?
I think this change could save time. Having this information displayed up front may help new players understand why machines are operating the way they are. Players in multiplayer games could benefit from it as well, they could save effort learning the limits other players set.

A nice qol improvement.
It could become a bit bloated for entities using both circuit and logistics triggers, but in that case it'd help even more since you can't see both of those at once in the normal configuration ui.

I Nth this, too. I miss it regularly ... but most especially the logistic conditions. Circuit conditions I see when I click on the device. Logistic conditions I normally don't, and they have messed me around enough that I'm hesitant to ever use them.

I second this. Perferably all connected devices should also display their inputs/outputs (with the option to filter the inputs to only show the ones that are actually used) on mouseover to make circuit networks less opaque and easier to grasp to users.
In my last playthrough the by far most annoying thing was having to click through the devices in a setup, or even having to plant additional power poles and string wires to them, to be able to locate the cause(s) for malfunctions. This made the game needing way more clicks - which is unhealthy as of my RSI and dosn't bring any additional fun to the game (but the opposit).

Adding myself to the voters' pool. I think tooltips for the entities should be reworked to be more useful and informative.

+1 for idea but implementation suggestion looks too huge. Maybe just a field between 'Input signals' and 'Output signals' on same terms?
