Arrange blueprints in blueprint book?

Title says all: can I? If so, how? If not, *WHY NOT*?

The behavior that I observed is that you can arrange the order if the book is in your inventory and you add/move a blueprint at a specific position.
But if you add a blueprint to a book that sits in your library... it auto-orders in alphanumeric order.
Why the difference? No idea.

Unless something changed recently, you can open the blueprint book and simply click and drag blueprints into whatever order you want.

Hmm, I had not noticed this behavior. But I'll take your word on it happening.
