Description of the problem:
Assembly machine 1 flashes the blue 'modules missing' warning in some cases

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a blueprint containing an assembly machine with modules
2) Use an upgrade planner on the blueprint to 'upgrade' this assembly machine to assembly machine 1
3) Place the blueprint
4) Fill in the assembly machine

Affected version:
0.17.34
