Make default mapgen presets for new resources match base resources instead of always default

A lot of mods add more resources but don't set mapgen presets for all the new resources, so when playing on railworld or rich resources or ribbon world they end up with default settings instead of similar settings to the base resources on those presets.
I think it would make more sense for the default to change, rather than new resources needing extra work to make them work like the base resources.
